Rachel Rose Joins Red Ruby Rouge Exclusively
Emerging artist Rachel Rose has launched a stunning and exclusive new collection for Red Ruby Rouge.
Founder of Red Ruby Rouge, Fiona Kennedy, who has a knack for finding the best talent from around the world said: "We have loved Rachel's aesthetic since her collection launched in 2011 and have carried her designs, exclusively in the UK, since then. After a hugely positive response from customers and press, Rachel suggested she put together a capsule silks collection exclusively for www.redrubyrouge.com. Of course we were thrilled and now that the designs have arrived, they are even more sublime than we could have hoped for!".
After working in the fashion industry as a lead print designer and production liaison for several retailers, Rachel decided to fuse her personal philosophies and passion into her debut collection of hand painted silk tops. The Brooklyn based designer manages to walk the line of being completely on trend, yet timeless and the care and artistry that goes into every design makes it truly collectible. Rachel has a growing following among editors and bloggers in the US and was recently part of an Anthropology initiative to commission capsule collections from up and coming designers. Last season, her collection at Red Ruby Rouge received press from the Times Style and The Telegraph online.

The Shop Floor Project Launches Collection With Blackwell
The Shop Floor Project has launched a special collection inspired by a series of research trips made to Blackwell The Arts and Crafts House in Cumbria.

Emily Mackey (weaver), Ruth Vintr (jeweller) and Lucy May Schofield (paper artist) have created the limited edition collection, which marks the first collaboration between this historic house and The Shop Floor Project, both of which are grounded in the Arts and Crafts philosophy of beauty in the handmade. The collection is available to view online now.
